Shipping policy

We currently only deliver to UK addresses using Royal Mail services. We offer free delivery for orders £25 and over. For orders under £25 the charge for postage and packaging is £3.95. 

Our aim is to prepare your order and dispatch it within 5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). You should therefore receive your order within 5 to 10 working days. We will aim to let you know once your order has been dispatched. 

We are a small business and will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these time frames are met. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays by third parties.

We will replace lost or damaged orders free of charge.

If your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection or an insufficient/incorrect address, we will refund you the cost of the items, less the postage and packaging costs.
