Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Please get in touch with us at contact@ldna.co.uk and we will provide you with further details on how to proceed.

Just a few things to note:

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• You will be refunded the amount of your items, less the initial delivery cost.
• Return postage cost is your responsibility and we strongly advise you use a recorded delivery method as we are unable to refund items lost in the post.
• We will issue the refund to the card used when placing the order.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
